Equity Partner of the Firm, specializing in domestic, European, and international tax law, criminal tax law, and social security law, with a particular focus on tax governance, tax risk management, and tax litigation. Possesses extensive and well-established experience in managing audit and pre-litigation phases, as well as litigation in tax, criminal tax, and social security matters.
Provides consultancy and assistance before the Guardia di Finanza and financial authorities at various stages of the proceedings, including pre-assessment, assessment, extrajudicial, and judicial phases. Also offers preventive consultancy, risk assessment, management and control, tax planning for individuals and businesses, tax due diligence, and legal opinions in criminal, tax, and customs matters.
